Here is Kateryna Chumachenko, the wife of the ukrainian orange revolution president and opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko. She was born in the U.S. and is U.S. citizen. Like any good daughter pro-EU/NATO/USA family, she was educated in the deepest hatred of everything Russian (as well as Jews and other "undesirable" people). This picture of her was shot in 1989 in the USA with her fellow party members of the National Alliance.
